Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products in original, sealed packaging
  • Products damaged during shipping (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Products received in error

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened epoxy grout containers (due to hygiene and product integrity)
  • Custom-mixed or special-order colors
  • Finishing tools and accessories that show signs of use
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

  2. Await return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship returns to:

  4. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/damaged products: We cover return shipping
  • Change of mind/wrong color selection: Customer pays return shipping

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items
  • For Pre-Paid Orders, Original payment method will be credited. For Cash On Delivery Orders, It will be credited to your provided Bank Account.
  • Refund timing may vary based on your location and payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective products)

Damaged or Defective Products Report damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
